InDesign is the program to work with for document lay out and print production. Work with text, colors, and graphics to create flyers, brochures, magazines, and books. Since InDesign uses many of the same tools, panels, and onscreen elements as other programs in Adobe's Creative Suite. We will look at the basics for getting started with InDesign such as inserting text, pictures, columns and saving as a PDF. This class will be ninety minutes of interactive instruction. There will be exercises and feedback given through screen sharing. The instructor will be available for 15 minutes afterward for an optional Q&A.

Prerequisite: Some experience with Gmail.

This class is free to employees of district members of the Office Professional Training (OPT) CoSer. Check our website for current members (https://www.mhric.org/offerings/opt-districts). We encourage you to speak to your district regarding membership in this service.

If your district is not a current member or if you are a community resident, you may still participate. Register at least five business days before the class and choose the appropriate payment option. (District PO: a budget amendment form is emailed to your business office.) Checks or signed amendments must be received at least 24 hours prior to the start of the class.
