As part of our commitment to keeping you informed about the latest advancements, we are excited to announce that Mindex has acquired ClearTrack and RTI Edge from Broome-Tioga BOCES.

In response to this exciting news, we would like to invite districts to join us for an in-person demonstration of these systems as Mindex showcases their enhanced integrations with other products, such as SchoolTool and Advanced Analytics. This is a fantastic opportunity to explore how these solutions work together to provide even more powerful and streamlined services for your district.

ClearTrack is an exceptionally cost-effective, web-based Special Education management tool designed specifically for school districts. With its intuitive, user-friendly interface, ClearTrack offers seamless data management and reporting features. Created by teachers, for teachers, this tool specializes in New York State-compliant, customizable Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), complete with letter templates and powerful query reporting of historical data. ClearTrack also boasts comprehensive Medicaid billing and a Parent Portal.

Open to all Superintendents, Special Education Directors, Special Education support staff, Business Officials, and anyone else involved in the maintenance and reporting of student Individualized Education Programs.

InDesign is the program to work with for document lay out and print production. Work with text, colors, and graphics to create flyers, brochures, magazines, and books. Since InDesign uses many of the same tools, panels, and onscreen elements as other programs in Adobe's Creative Suite. Location: Dutchess BOCES Conference Center (Poughkeepsie, NY)

Meeting Times: 9:00am - 3:00pm

Registrar Bootcamp (RBC) equips school Registrars and those who oversee the registration process (Registration Administrators, Registration Directors, Registration Supervisors, additional Registration Support Staff) with the knowledge and tools needed to implement equitable, legally compliant registration policies. Gain practical strategies, engage in hands-on activities, and connect with a cohort of your regional peers towards improving registration processes for all students and their families.

RBC participants should bring an Internet-ready laptop computer, access to a Google account, their district's registration packet (printed and digital/URL formats), and fill out this RBC Questionnaire Form. More information is available on the course flyer, here.
