The Mid-Hudson Regional Information Center (MHRIC) is offering Frontline IEP virtual data preparation workshops for districts required to submit data for the Indicator 11 and 12 Events Extract to the Student Information Repository System (SIRS). We encourage your district to include members of the special education office staff responsible for entering CPSE and CSE data into Frontline IEP, as well as a special education administrator responsible for certifying the data in the PD System.

Topics to be covered at this session are as follows:

Overview for Indicator 11 Event Extract (VR 11) - timeliness of the initial referral process for both CPSE and CSE.

Overview for Indicator 12 Events Extract (VR 12) - Children referred from Early Intervention to CPSE Process Log Entries

Data review for VR-14 - all parentally placed students in nonpublic schools who are referred to the CSE for an initial determination of eligibility for special education

The Mid-Hudson Regional Information Center (MHRIC) is offering overview training of Frontline's Document Repository.

Topics to be covered for the Document Repository include:

- Navigation and basics in how to add, view, search, edit, and save documents.

- Understand how to upload and save documents, along with what type of documents can be sent through the Collaboration Portal.

- Review user access and how to custom configure each group.

- Review how to make a document sharable between organization and the configuration requirements.
