Program: Testing & Special Services

Dates: 4/22/2026

Meeting Times: 1:00 - 2:30pm

This session is designed as both a deep-dive for returning attendees and a comprehensive entry point for new Superintendents, DDCs, and Grant Writers.

We'll begin with a high-level review of foundational tools before diving into three interrelated scenarios:

1. Analyzing Enrollment Trends: Connect demographic factors, housing costs, and mobility to your student population.

2. Proving Community Conditions: Use data to illustrate the impact of housing instability, food insecurity, broadband gaps, and linguistic isolation.

3. Accelerating Grant Success: Learn how to build a reusable, "gold-standard" Census-verified needs statement in a fraction of the time.

Who Should Attend:

Superintendents & Assistant Superintendents: Turn enrollment shifts and funding gaps into a defensible, data-backed narrative.

DDCs: Go beyond compliance-connect your district's internal data to the broader community it serves.

Grant Writers & Business Officials: Build stronger, more competitive needs statements faster using Census-verified federal data.

With a doctorate in Educational Leadership, 25+ years in education, and federal service with the U.S. Census Bureau, Dr. Amy Brombos, EdD, helps education professionals transform raw data into powerful narratives - for school improvement, accreditation, grant funding, and institutional strategy.
