Join Deb French as she guides you through a gentle Hatha yoga flow class. Come learn the basics of yoga and how it can help you live a healthy well balanced life. Gain strength and flexibility, increase range of motion, and improve balance, focus, and stability. We can all use a little self-care and connection! Only 14 spots for this class. Includes 11 sessions on Mondays beginning 9/22/25 and ending 12/15/25 Payment will be due by 10/20/25 with pricing as follows: (Cost is a sliding scale dependent on number of participants) 10 participants = $66.00 each 12 participants = $55.00 each 14 participants = $47.00 each
