HydroFit Class MHS Pool Monday, Wednesday and Fridays times may vary No Badge Needed ALL PARTICIPANTS NEED TO ENTER THE NEW MAIN ENTRANCE Please bring your ID SUMMER HYDROFIT 7/13-8/31 PLEASE ENTER THROUGH POOL DOOR Class Description: The hydro-fit class includes muscle strengthening as well as cardio exercise. Exercises are done both in the deep end and shallow end. Noodles, barbells and kick boards are also used with exercises. The exercises are varied to include several parts of the body. Water offers resistance and buoyancy so that stress is not put on the joints. Participants are urged to do what is best for the individual. Some people follow suggested exercises and others may be water walking or swimming back and forth.

Monday- Wednesday and Thursdays 6:00pm-8:00pm The LCS Middle/High School Fitness Center will be available for adult community use during designated hours. An orientation will be required of all participants. The orientation will include a tour of the facility, emergency procedures, use and care of equipment, and more. Please complete the registration form, visit the Connell Building during school hours to provide your driver's license for the visitor background check, and schedule an orientation appointment. An access badge will be provided at the orientation meeting. Lockers will not be available. Please follow our social media for cancelations and closures.
