When we are saturated by multiple devices, increasing access, and complex data influences, how do we help students of all ages maintain a healthy relationship with technology? How do we maintain our own?

This three-part webinar series will encourage collegial "straight talk" on issues at the intersection of technology and humanity. Each topic will provide a summary of recent research and key data, followed by an open an honest conversation about what this means for our classrooms.

This collaborative forum will provide a space for Library Media Specialists to share best practices, discuss emerging technologies, and strategize how to integrate digital fluency skills and AI literacy into library and media programs. Participants will engage in thoughtful discussions on how to support students and educators in navigating digital tools, fostering critical thinking, and preparing for a future shaped by AI advancements. Together, we will explore innovative approaches to empower learners in a digitally driven world.

Registrants will receive Zoom information prior to session start.
This collegial circle will provide an opportunity for Technology Leaders/ Facilitators to strategize how to integrate AI, digital fluency skills and computer science skills into the K-12 classroom. Participants will share best practices, coaching strategies, and innovative approaches to seamlessly embed technology across various subjects.  Through collaboration, this group will explore effective methods for fostering student engagement, enhancing digital literacy, and building confidence in using technology as a powerful learning tool.
