1. [ONLINE] Hyperdocs: Not Just Hype

What's a HyperDoc? How can HyperDocs support a digital, student-centered classroom? In this class, participants will learn to distinguish between a HyperDoc and a Doc with hyperlinks and learn the skills needed to create one, while applying the principles of good instructional design. Through specific assignments and online dialogue, participants will create their own HyperDoc, or modify an existing one for their own curriculum. Instructor and peer feedback will help to ensure successful implementation in the classroom.

Prerequisite: Intended for those with good skills in G-Suite applications, especially Docs and Slides.

IMPORTANT NOTES: This course is 100% online. LHRIC Model Schools Courses utilize the Schoology Learning Management System. Upon registration, you will receive a welcome message from your instructor with information on how your course works, what you can expect, how to get help along the way, and steps you need to take in order to enroll.

This course begins on October 5. Participants will have until October 26 to successfully complete all modules, assignments and activities.
