Throughout the course, participants will submit a self-introduction and write a response to an online article. Class members will also be required to read from 5-19 recent children's or young adult books which may include picture books, middle grade books, or longer fiction/nonfiction titles published since 2012. Class members will write and submit book reviews for the class and use a technology platform or program to create something to use in the classroom based on one of the books.
