TRANSITION PRACTICES FORUM OPEN TO DISTRICTS REPORTING ON I13 REVIEW for 20/21 or 21/22
This asynchronous session will provide participants with a walk-through of the Protocol documents and process used to conduct the NY Special Education Quality Assurance State Performance Plan Indicator 13 Secondary Transition Self-Review for Students with Disabilities. Duration: Approximately one hour.

Frontline Registration is open until mid June, and materials can be accessed and completed any time convenient for you, THROUGH JUNE 21, 2021.

All meetings and course work will be completed using the Microsoft Teams Platform.
You will receive, the Tuesday or Thursday following registration, an email invitation to complete the module independently in Microsoft Teams.

Upon completion the module, submission of Note Catcher Document is required for CTLE hours or credits to be awarded.
*Optional live online follow-up office hours will be available twice each in April, May and June.

This asynchronous training will provide participants with a brief overview of the State Performance Plan Indicator 13 Secondary Transition Self-Review for Students with Disabilities process.

Frontline Registration is open until mid June, and materials can be accessed and completed ANY TIME CONVENIENT FOR YOU, THROUGH JUNE 21, 2021.
All meetings and course work will be completed using the Microsoft Teams Platform.

3. Improving Secondary Transition Services: Indicator 13

Program: Mid-State Regional Partnership Center @ Syracuse University

Dates: 8/3/2021 to 8/24/2021

This training package provides a framework for the self-review of IEPs including the process and protocols as per State Performance Plan Indicator 13: An overview of the Transition planning process and key components of an Indicator 13 self-review of IEPs. Recommended for all 6-12 special education administrators, teachers, and related service providers in districts completing an Indicator #13 review this year or in the next two years.
*NOTE: Zoom link will be sent prior to training. Training Materials will be found in the Frontline Team Room and should be downloaded, printed if possible, and able to be referenced during the training.
