1. Summer Professional Reading EdVenture - Asynchronous Conference

Program: Model Schools - Instructional Specialist- CTLE Approved Sponsor

Dates: 6/15/2024

Select 1, 2, or a few books to read from our 16 professional development titles HERE and earn 10 CTLE credits after completing a reader response! This brochure outlines how to get your reading material and how to participate in detail.

Here are the basics and some in-person opportunities you may decide to engage in!

  1. Select and obtain your books.
  2. Open your email from us with your link to the Summer Reading EdVenture Conference website (will be sent June 14th)
  3. Fill out your bracket as you read.
  4. Complete detailed book reviews for CTLE credit in Book Creator*
  5. Once you are done reviewing all the books you wanted to read, tell us by submitting your filled in bracket via email to katherine_rice@boces.monroe.edu SUBJECT: BRACKET by September 5th.
  6. Participate in the Book Battle in September by voting for winning books in 4 rounds starting September 6th. Winners get bragging rights and a prize at the end of September!

*A Book Creator asynchronous offering is available for those who would like to complete it.
