Technology can increase teachers' capacity to support the learning of individual students with wide differences in their abilities to see, hear, speak, move, read, write, understand English, attend, organize, engage and remember. To do this efficiently and effectively technology should be carefully selected, purposeful planned and thoughtful implemented. Not all technology is useful for all students.
