1. Esports Collaborative

Program: Instructional Technology/ IS

The purpose of the Esports Collaborative is to provide IU13 MS/HS Esports Managers, Coaches, and Advisors with a regularly scheduled time to meet with a network of others running Esports programs to collaborate and share ideas, upcoming events, games, platforms, and opportunities with Esports across PA. Current trends, opportunities for support, networking, and Esports- related resources will be discussed. Each collaborative meeting will be planned to focus on participant needs and provide targeted supports in K-12 Esports environments.

Meeting topics for the Esports Collaborative:

* General: Game Selection, Starting a Club, Support, Manager/Coach Networking

* Esports Opportunities: Emerald, PSEL, NCEF

* Local Competitions: Tournaments, On-site, Off-site

* Cross-District Communication: Discord, Schoology

* College & Career Readiness: Events, Speakers, Mentors

2. Tech Media Integrators Collaborative

Program: Instructional Technology/ IS

Audience: Tech Integrators', Instructional Coaches, , Instructional Tech Specialists, Tech Coordinators, Media Specialists, Librarians

Dates: 10/17/2023

Monthly meetings will provide school district technology and media staff with a forum for training and sharing in the uses of technology and media in curriculum and instruction. These collaborative meetings will focus on participant needs and initiatives.

3. IU13 Enriched Virtual Forum

Program: Instructional Technology/ IS

Audience: LLVS and Enriched Virtual Forum Member Districts Only - District Administrators, Virtual Program Coordinators, Technology Integrators, Virtual Teachers

Dates: 10/19/2023

Monthly meetings of the Enriched Virtual Forum (EVF) will discuss topics to support district virtual academies and develop high quality course content to enrich current district virtual programs. These collaborative meetings will focus on participant needs and professional development supporting K-12 virtual learning and online course development.

Audience: LLVS Advisors, Institutional Admins, Technical Contact

As a member of Lancaster-Lebanon Virtual Solutions, it is important that those participating in the role of Advisor/Mentor to students meet on a regular basis to share ideas, challenges, updates, etc.

*Please note this meeting is not eligible for ACT 48 credit.

5. Year 1 - Station Rotation Professional Development Workshops - by invitation only

Program: Instructional Technology/ IS

Dates: 11/14/2023 to 5/15/2024

These four workshops are designed for the ongoing support of educators who have recently participated in the 3-day Station Rotation Implementation Training. Attendees will participate in a variety of instructional activities that will expand on the strategies that were presented during the initial training. Participants will create individual action plans while also being provided with time for supported planning for station rotation implementation in their classrooms.

6. Station Rotation Development Workshop - by invitation only - Manheim Township

Program: Instructional Technology/ IS

Dates: 11/15/2023 to 5/15/2024

This workshop is designed for the ongoing support of educators who have been trained in Station Rotation and have started to implement it into their classrooms. Attendees will participate in a variety of instructional activities that will focus on the creation of a more personalized learning environment for students. Participants will create individual action plans while also being provided with time for supported planning for station rotation implementation in their classrooms.

These POC collaborative meetings are for Lancaster and Lebanon County library stakeholders, including AccessPA member libraries, for the purpose of providing pertinent information concerning technology tools, ethical and legal issues, and professional development opportunities. In addition, time will be devoted for new learning and exploration for the integration of IMS and other tools/strategies supporting all content area curricula.

Audience: Part-time and Full-time District Virtual Teachers, District Virtual Program Coordinators, Technology Integrators

Quarterly meetings will provide school district virtual educators with a forum to collaborate and share best practices for teaching in a solely online environment. These collaborative meetings will focus on participant needs and professional development supporting K-12 online learning.
