Over the last few years, educators faced trials and challenges that have often led to mass burnout and teacher turnover. Though many of the problems are systemic issues, educators don't need to make sacrifices to their own happiness and mental health. Participants will examine the current educational climate and will be introduced to six mindset shifts that educators can implement to create ways to improve both their own and their students' engagement at school. 3 graduate credits.
