The LETRS Early Childhood Facilitator pathway provides districts with an opportunity to create sustainable and impactful early literacy initiatives by having an in-district Local Certified Facilitator (LCFs). Local Certified Facilitators are instructional leaders who bring the science of reading to life. They help educators build the knowledge, skills, and confidence to directly improve classroom practice and student outcomes and equip their district with long-term knowledge and leadership. Local Certified Facilitators reduce reliance on external professional learning by empowering internal experts who understand the unique needs of a district's educators and students.
