Microsoft Office Suite for Beginners- An introduction to Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Learn the Ribbon layout of the Office Suite and how to make it work for you in each of the three programs. Going over the most popular and common features in the programs to improve your experience on them. We will be training on Office 2016, but most of the features are available in previous versions of Office.

G-Suite Training for Beginners- An introduction to G-Suite for Education including Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets. Learn how to easily upload files and folders to Drive for easy sharing with others including district wide. Create word documents with Docs and create spreadsheets with Sheets that can all be shared for easy real-time collaboration or viewing with other users. Please have a Google account to use.

Excel Training Introduction Participants will gain the skills necessary to create, edit, format, and print Microsoft Office Excel worksheets. Upon successful completion of this training, students will be able to: Explore the Microsoft Excel environment and create a basic worksheet. Perform calculations. Modify a worksheet. Format a worksheet. Print workbook contents. Manage large workbooks.

4. AOS - Excel Intermediate

Excel Training Intermediate Participants will gain the skills necessary to create templates, sort and filter data, import and export data, and analyze data Upon successful completion of this training, students will be able to: Calculate with advanced formulas. Organize worksheet and table data using various techniques. Create and modify charts. Analyze data using PivotTables and PivotCharts. Insert graphic objects. Customize and enhance workbooks and the Microsoft Excel environment.

5. AOS - Word/Excel Tips & Tricks/Mail Merge

Excel (and Word) Tips and Tricks Participants will learn tips and tricks that will take your Excel/Word knowledge to the next level of expertise. Tips such as keyboard shortcuts, advanced formatting features for workbooks, worksheets, and documents, and advanced formulas.
