Join us at Nassau BOCES for a fast-paced virtual session exploring how Microsoft Copilot can help clerical and administrative staff work more efficiently using the Microsoft applications they use every day.

Discover how Copilot integrates with Outlook, Word, and Excel to simplify everyday tasks such as drafting professional emails, summarizing lengthy email threads and documents, and creating letters, memos, and meeting agendas from a simple prompt. Participants will also learn prompt-writing fundamentals and review privacy-conscious AI practices in a school setting.

By the end of this session, participants will be able to:

• Use Copilot in Outlook to draft, reply to, and summarize email messages.

• Generate and refine letters, memos, agendas, and other documents in Word using effective AI prompts.

• Apply district and Ed Law 2-d aligned guidelines for safe, responsible use of AI.
