This 2.0 virtual summit is delivered via Schoology and is built to follow the initial 1.0 offering or for those with a solid working-knowledge of Google Workspace. This 6-hour professional learning event features additional Google Workspace applications, techniques, and resources that promote K-12 student learning, collaboration, and creativity.

3. Station Rotation Implementation- May Cohort

Program: Instructional Technology/ IS

Dates: 5/19/2022 to 5/26/2022

How do we take advantage of the skills, tools, and resources we have learned during this pandemic? This professional learning series will focus on utilizing the three modalities of learning used in station rotation in order to meet the specific needs of today's learners. Station rotation is a stepping stone toward creating a Personalized Learning environment for today's learners. Participants will experience and learn about the station rotation framework and how to apply both personalized and individualized learning strategies, resources, and tools to maximize learning. During the three-day hands-on sessions, attendees will participate in a variety of instructional activities and strategies that they will be able to implement in their own classrooms. Participants will reflect on what new learning and skills they have attained this year and moving forward how those apply to a more personalized learning approach in their own classroom.

*Participants who are invited to attend by their district under an established contract are welcome to register at no additional cost (costs are already included in the established contract). For participants who want to attend the 3 day series outside of a previously established district contract, the cost is $350 per a person for the series.

IU12, IU13, & IU15 would like to welcome all instructional technology educators from any region to join us for a great morning of collaboration in eastern Pennsylvania. We will kick off the morning with an overview of the agenda and engaging activities to build inter-IU relationships. The rest of the morning will be in an open spaces edcamp format to share and discuss with others with a common focus and/or passion in the educational technology field. All Instructional coaches/specialists who facilitate and support instructional technology are welcome and encouraged to attend.

7. Evolution of an Instructional Leader - Continuous School Improvement

Program: Instructional Technology/ IS

Audience: K-12 Principals and a Core Team (it’s suggested that a principal brings a core team of 2-4 member including but not limited to assistant principal, instructional coach, teacher(s))

Dates: 6/21/2022

As the most important instructional leaders in a building, principals must be thoughtfully and purposely engaged in continuous school improvement. Principals and a core team will review the state's theory of action for school improvement and how to facilitate a self-assessment for your district/school. Teams will identify an essential practice to focus their school improvement efforts and review evidence-based strategies/ programs and assessment systems to monitor the implementation. Lessons from the field blended with educational theory have helped to identify best practices in school improvement that can benefit any instructional leader. Each school has its own unique DNA. This session will be customized to help school leaders develop their own plans for improvement. This session will also support Title 1 planning.

14. IU13 Enriched Virtual Forum

Program: Instructional Technology/ IS

Audience: LLVS and Enriched Virtual Forum Member Districts Only - District Administrators, Virtual Program Coordinators, Technology Integrators, Virtual Teachers

Monthly meetings of the Enriched Virtual Forum (EVF) will discuss topics to support district virtual academies and develop high quality course content to enrich current district virtual programs. These collaborative meetings will focus on participant needs and professional development supporting K-12 virtual learning and online course development.

15. Tech Media Integrators Collaborative

These POC collaborative meetings are for Lancaster and Lebanon County library stakeholders, including AccessPA member libraries, for the purpose of providing pertinent information concerning technology tools, ethical and legal issues, and professional development opportunities. In addition, time will be devoted for new learning and exploration for the integration of IMS and other tools/strategies supporting all content area curricula.
