Educators today are facing increasing demands that can contribute to stress, fatigue, burnout, and a
sense of overwhelm-impacting both personal well-being and their ability to be fully present and
effective in the classroom. Prioritizing self-care is no longer optional; it's a vital practice for sustaining resilience, maintaining focus, and showing up fully for students, colleagues, and the broader school community.
In this interactive workshop, educators engage in guided introspection to identify and better understand their core self-care needs. Participants are introduced to a range of self-care modalities including tapping, somatic movement, breathwork, earthing, and journaling practices such as reflective, brain-dump, bullet, and gratitude. Through hands-on exploration, educators learn to thoughtfully connect these modalities to the internal spaces where stress, anxiety, and past experiences are held. The workshop culminates with practical, sustainable strategies to integrate the techniques that best support wholistic well-being.
Participants emerge feeling invigorated and empowered, with a renewed perspective on what inner
peace means at a cellular level-and a deeper capacity to show up as their true, authentic selves across
all areas of life, including their classroom, community, relationships, and most importantly, within
themselves.
