Regulate to Relate- NCOC
This session focuses on the critical role of the adult's emotional state in preventing and de-escalating crises. Drawing from TCIS principles such as the Stress Model of Crisis and The Importance of Knowing Yourself and the Student, the training emphasizes how staff must first regulate themselves in order to be effective co-regulators for students. This professional development will also count towards total hours for recertification for those certified in TCIS.
