- 9:00 am - 9:45 am: Opening Address with Thomas Hogan, Esq., Chester County District Attorney
- 9:45 am - 11:45 am: Keynote Address: Cutting-Edge Concepts in Student Threat Assessment and Safe School with Cheri Lovre, Crisis Management Institute

How do you know if a student is just making a threat or actually poses a threat? The liability - both legally and morally - is immense. The Cascade Model of Student Threat Assessment is leading the country in supporting schools in keeping all kids safe. This model takes into account every FBI and Homeland Security report on the dynamics and behaviors that led to school shootings. Although we can't profile these students, creating a multi-agency threat assessment team provides the best possible support for the school and the student. We will also look at the pyramid of school prevention, intervention and postvention, from staff and building readiness through district and IU training.

- 11:45 am - 12:45 pm: Lunch and Vehicle Display
