Description: A Professional Learning Community that meets quarterly to share expertise and work collaboratively to improve and increase secondary transition planning activities and services for students with disabilities.

Registration Fee: No fee Delaware County Schools (supported through IDEA funding), $42 out of county registrants, payable via Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard only) or Purchase Order. Register by 4/15/26
