Instructional Strategies in the Online Learning Environment Winter Cohort

Virtual
This blended learning program will allow participants to learn at their own pace with optional synchronous coaching sessions and consider possible applications of the content that align with their own educational beliefs and practices. This course will stretch participants' thinking, add to their toolbox of instructional strategies and foster collaboration with peers. Twelve Act 48 credit hours will be awarded upon completion of the course's final task.

Upon completion of this 6 module course, participants will:
- Collaborate with peers through synchronous and asynchronous learning strategies
- Participate in synchronous and asynchronous discussions
- Design assessment and feedback for the online learning environment
- Investigate synchronous online learning strategies
- Examine asynchronous online learning instructional strategies
- Have the opportunity to participate in optional coaching sessions

This cohort will begin on February 8, 2021 and wrap up on April 6, 2021.

Virtual Wrap Up event: April 6 4-5pm
