This full-day, hands-on bootcamp for K-12 tech leaders ready to move beyond AI awareness into action. Led by Dr. Mike Peck, this session builds on our first AI Bootcamp and focuses on launching pilots, writing policy, and leading change. Using the "Manage the Present → Vision the Future → Selectively Let Go" model, participants will audit current AI use, explore future-ready practices, and design responsible, ready-to-launch pilots. Walk away with tools, timelines, and strategies to lead real change-starting now.
