| I am from the heart of the Midwest and a graduate of National College of Education in Evanston, Illinois. After 10 years in the financial industry I entered the teaching profession. I earned my Masters of Science in Education at Queens College in New York City. I have been teaching for 31 years. I hold permanent certifications in English, Business, Elementary Ed, and Family and Consumer Science. I have taught in five (5) school districts at different levels, and currently teach high school English. Additionally, I am the senior building rep for my high school. I am an adjunct instructor for Adelphi University, College of St. Rose and Empire State College where I teach both on-line and brick and mortar courses at the graduate level. I have been teaching with the NYSUT Effective Learning Trust for 20 years. |
