During this one-day session, participants will learn about the role of a scope and sequence in the curriculum writing and review process. After unpacking standards, participants will learn an approach to developing a scope and sequence used to guide instruction.
Instructional specialists will work collaboratively with teams from Monroe 2-Orleans BOCES Component Districts to review an existing and/or develop a consistent, coherent, horizontally and vertically articulated Scope and Sequence document aligned to state standards that promotes achievement for all students.
Teams are encouraged.
