| Using the flexible Forms and Workflow features of the system lets districts track each teacher’s plan, qualifications, and progress. Form templates are included for collecting and reporting HQT (Highly Qualified Teacher) information, including a High, Objective, Uniform State Standard of Evaluation (HOUSSE) form that automatically calculates points for veteran teachers. Teachers can develop their own professional development plans, including activities identified as High Quality Professional Development as required by NCLB. |
