Forms and Workflow
The system allows for the design and customization of online forms and workflow. This powerful feature enables districts to go paperless and save the cost of printing forms (Conference Form, Reimbursement Form, Activity Proposal Form, etc). Each form can be customized to collect the information you need and automatically routed online through YOUR approval process, even if it's complex (e.g. Conference Requests are first approved by the users' Building Principal, then their Department Chair, then the Regional Superintendent, and if the cost is greater than $200 then route to the Business Office, and if it requires overnight travel the District Superintendent has to approve it!). All of this happens quickly and easily via the MyLearningPlan website.
Out-of-District Activity Tracking
Using the powerful forms tool, MyLearningPlan enables districts to manage the approval process and track activities that staff attends outside the district. Staff members can submit for prior approval via district-defined forms then mark the activity complete and submit for final credit upon completion. Reimbursement can even be managed through the pre-approved, actual and final expenditure tracking. Third party completion certificates and other documentation can be attached to the final request.
