| The system includes extensive financial tracking. Current school year expenditures for each staff member are tracked and displayed for administrators on each approval request form. Budget codes and funding sources can be entered and assigned to individual administrators to track spending by buildings or departments, from grants, substitute costs, etc. Reports can be generated at any time and data can be downloaded to Microsoft Excel/Access*. | ||
