| Your User Name is initially established by your organization. User Names are NOT case sensitive, so you may enter your User Name in either lower case or UPPER CASE. In most cases your user name will be your school email address. Below are some common User Name conventions: |

Example 1: Your district email address, or part of your district email address
Tom Jackson at Great River School District = tjackson@greatriver.k12.ny.us
or tjackson@greatriver
Example 2: First Initial + Last Initial + Last 6 digits of your employee number
Tom Jackson ID 123456789 = TJ456789
Example 3: First Initial + Last Name + Last 4 digits of your employee number
Tom Jackson ID 123456789 = tjackson6789
