Payment types are highly customizable and securely managed, and may include checks, credit cards/eChecks and purchase orders. Using Authorize.net, organizations can integrate credit card and eCheck payments, and purchase order numbers may be recorded during registration. Transactional accounting ensures a high degree of payment accountability. Upon registration, users are presented with a choice of payment options.

WebReg can designate certain users as “members” or “subscribers” and others as “non-members,” which allows a provider to allow district “members” to enroll in learning experiences for a reduced registration fee.
