Correct; Update
We allow you the option to change or modify personal information previously provided. This may be done by sending an email with the pertinent information to info@mylearningplan.com.
Unfortunately, to the extent that such information is also stored in other databases, we cannot always ensure that such corrections or deletions will reach the other databases. We will use all reasonable efforts to ensure that your information is removed from or corrected in our records.
Security
For Customers & Non Customers: Our website has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. While there is no such thing as "perfect security" on the internet, we will take all reasonable steps to insure the safety of your personal information.
For Customers: Access to MyLearningPlan.com account information is password-protected so that you and only you have access to this personal information. You may edit your MyLearningPlan.com information by accessing the service using your MyLearningPlan.com username and password and updating your User Profile. We recommend that you do not give your password to anyone. Our representatives will never ask for your password in an unsolicited phone call or in an unsolicited email. For Customers: You may NOT opt-out of receiving future communications from us. The services we provide and the materials we offer on our website are made available to you pursuant to a services agreement with your employer. Direct contact from My Learning Plan, Inc. and its agents, as well as indirect contact from your organization via MyLearningPlan.com and its agents, are reserved in order to maintain the full functionality for which the aforementioned services engagement calls.
Public Forums
Our website offers interactive features to our customers, including real-time chat forums, asynchronous discussion threads, facilitated discussions, group project work, and newsgroups. Please remember that any information that you disclose in these areas becomes public information and you should exercise caution when deciding to disclose personal information when using our interactive features.
