Correct; Update

 

We allow you the option to change or modify personal information previously provided. This may be done by sending an email with the pertinent information to info@mylearningplan.com.

 

Unfortunately, to the extent that such information is also stored in other databases, we cannot always ensure that such corrections or deletions will reach the other databases. We will use all reasonable efforts to ensure that your information is removed from or corrected in our records.

For Customers & Non Customers: Our website has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. For Customers: Access to MyLearningPlan.com account information is password-protected so that you and only you have access to this personal information. You may edit your MyLearningPlan.com information by accessing the service using your MyLearningPlan.com username and password and updating your User Profile. Direct contact from My Learning Plan, Inc. and its agents, as well as indirect contact from your organization via MyLearningPlan.com and its agents, are reserved in order to maintain the full functionality for which the aforementioned services engagement calls.

Our website offers interactive features to our customers, including real-time chat forums, asynchronous discussion threads, facilitated discussions, group project work, and newsgroups.
