
MyLearningPlan OASYS smoothly and transparently manages all of the scheduling, review cycles, and approval procedures that are associated with the evaluation process to ensure procedural fidelity and confidentiality.
The MyLearningPlan OASYS scheduling feature permits users to schedule and accept proposed meetings with one another, such as Observations or Observation Conferences. Appointments can be exported to Outlook, and MyLearningPlan OASYS generates automatic notifications via email, such as “Scheduled Observation Reminders” or “Form to Review” notices. These email reminder options can be customized by each user.
Each MyLearningPlan OASYS form can have its own distinct approval workflow. The system routes forms to appropriate users for review, sign-off, and completion, and system administrators may establish individual rights to view and approve certain forms.
Each part of the appraisal process for a given group can be originated and owned by the same administrator or specific forms can be delegated to other leaders for completion, ensuring that multiple perspectives are included, as necessary. Optionally, to empower staff, end users can be given rights to initiate and “approve” parts of the process themselves.
Electronic acceptance with online date stamping serves as official and legal authorization in place of handwritten signatures. This approach optimizes workflow and serves as the documentation needed to ensure compliance with district and state guidelines. In addition, forms may be printed and signed if desired.
