The MyLearningPlan OASYS Rubric Explorer is a tool available to display rubric data for individuals or groups in a graphical format (heat map). It portrays the response frequency for each cell in a rubric across users, buildings, departments, grades, groups or the organization as a whole.

Growth Explorer
The MyLearningPlan OASYS Growth Explorer provides a graphic representation of data collected through any multiple choice or drop-down box type questions, from any form. The heat map displays the response frequency for each possible question response across users, buildings, departments, grades, groups or the organization as a whole.
Detail View
Detail View
The Detail View provides administrators with a comprehensive list of all of the elements (forms) and users for which they have evaluation rights. The views can be quickly customized, and saved, to quickly access the information that is most important to individual users.
Final Evaluation Summary
Final Evaluation Summaries
After all appraisal components have been completed and a user is done with an evaluation cycle, the system automatically creates a compilation of information from some or all of the appraisal components to create a personalized Final Evaluation Summary. An Evaluation Summary may include a full rubric or just the descriptions for the behaviors that were observed.
After review by the appropriate administrator, the Summary is submitted and then automatically routed to the evaluee for review only, review and acceptance, or even review and comment, in accordance with district policy. The Summary can also be exported via PDF to a Personnel file for online storage.
