MyLearningPlan OASYS manages all of the scheduling, real-time data collection, and documentation that is part of classroom visits with ease and consistency. Any number of observations can be conducted per teacher per cycle, and the observations can be scheduled in advance or more informal and unscheduled as in the case of walkthroughs. The process can include a pre-observation and/or a post-observation form, in addition to the observation form itself.
While observations are often central to the appraisal process, MyLearningPlan OASYS also manages any and all other facets of educator evaluation, including self assessments, peer reviews, independent projects, and other district-specified criteria.

If reflective practice is part of your district’s evaluation or appraisal process, this component can be set up easily with any number of applicable self-assessment forms. Optionally, this part of the process can even be initiated by the end user, while the administrator stays abreast of the process, and gets involved when it’s time for review, sign-off, and any other action required.

With review of student growth data becoming increasingly important in evaluation conversations, a component around analyzing student data can be a built-in part of the appraisal process. Forms can be used to record pre- and post data and percents of change, and to perform any necessary mathematical calculations. In addition, qualitative information from classroom-generated assessments can be incorporated as part of the basis for review and collegial dialogue.

MyLearningPlan OASYS can manage the unique evaluation process for all of your evaluee groups, such as first year teachers, para-professionals, non-instructional staff, and principals. Your appraisal of principals may include a conference form, a review of student growth data, and conversation around progress towards a number of leadership standards. MyLearningPlan OASYS can handle the management of all of your forms, rubrics, and standards.
