MyLearningPlan OASYS evaluation data is displayed directly on a MyLearningPlan user’s PD LearningPlan tab, to provide single sign-on and an integrated dashboard and portfolio for teachers. From the LearningPlan tab, users can view scheduled and completed evaluation components, and take any necessary action, such as completing self or peer-reviews, accepting a proposed date and time for an observation, or acknowledging a completed form. Integrated with their professional learning portfolios, teachers can access all current and past evaluation data directly from the “My Evaluations” link on their LearningPlan tab.

Any MyLearningPlan OASYS appraisal form can easily include a teacher’s professional development history or individual professional development goals. Any time the form is viewed, or in edit mode to be completed, the detailed PD history and goals information is displayed for an individual. Imagine seeing a teacher’s full PD history and individual goals listed right on any evaluation-related form as it is being completed without having to locate or look up PD information in a separate system.

Tie the evaluation process back to professional learning by enabling administrators to recommend PD based on an individual’s evaluation results. State-specific teaching standards are used to align evaluation criteria with professional learning offerings. This feature allows leaders to ensure that educators have opportunities to engage in professional learning experiences that relate directly to their identified needs. MyLearningPlan automatically displays the recommended professional development experiences directly on the teacher’s dashboard. Educators easily enroll in recommended learning opportunities provided by the district, regional providers or other organizations.
The loop is completed when data about an individual’s professional learning goals and completed PD are embedded in evaluation forms to substantiate learning and to facilitate meaningful collaborative conversations about growth and student outcomes during future evaluation conferences. The Learning Loop encourages targeted professional learning grounded in practice, and MyLearningPlan OASYS is the only educator evaluation system that is integrated with a complete Professional Development Management system.
