With a district’s forms and rubrics in place, MyLearningPlan OASYS enables leaders to instantly tailor the evaluation process and associated forms for each different evaluee type or group. Forms and components are at the heart of the system. Forms are linked to comprise components, which are then assigned to evaluee types.  All of the components, forms, labels, and reports are completely customizable by each district, and MyLearningPlan OASYS can even monitor the process for rebuttals and grievances as needed.

To expedite the set up process and to easily stay on top of any changes, a component or a  form template can be assigned to several different evaluee groups, and then modified slightly to make the component or form appropriate for each evaluee type.

With MyLearningPlan OASYS, it's a snap to identify information from across multiple components and forms for inclusion in the Final Evaluation Summary. For each form section there is a property that indicates whether or not the data entered into that particular field should be included. In this way, the form creator can easily pick and choose which data will be compiled into the Final Evaluation Summary.
