In situations where personnel work in several buildings or have reporting responsibilities to more than one administrator, MyLearningPlan OASYS facilitates appraisal input from multiple evaluators. For example, an assistant principal can be delegated the task of handling one out of two observations, while the principal conducts the other. In addition, a department chair, a coach or a mentor, or even a peer can contribute feedback to the process to offer a more complete picture of an individual’s progress.
