
Use the MLP Data Exchange to automatically upload data from your district's
information management system to MyLearningPlan, in order to eliminate duplicate
data entry. The tool ensures a smooth transfer of information to integrate or update
user data, calendaring information, and financial data from your district system
to MyLearningPlan on a regularly scheduled basis through a secure XML transfer.
XML is a powerful, platform-independent technology that is used by the Schools Interoperability
Framework Association (SIFA: www.sifinfo.org)
as a standard for transferring data between K-12 applications. We will also work
with your technology leaders to meet specific data integration needs.

Increase efficiency and reduce paperwork through our partnership with Frontline Placement Technologies, which enables the seamless integration of MyLearningPlan with AESOP, the premier substitute management system. Automate the substitute management process so that professional learning experiences that require substitute coverage are automatically handled through AESOP after all of the necessary approvals have been completed in MLP. In reverse, activities dropped in MyLearningPlan automatically cancel the substitute in AESOP.
