Roster Management

 

Instructors can use several targeted functions to manage the activities for which they are designated. Features such as Viewing the Roster, Printing Sign-In Sheets, Downloading Rosters to Microsoft Excel, and more are available from the Instructor Tools tab. From the main Instructor screen, Instructors can view all of their assigned learning experiences and see an overview of enrollment status for the roster for each activity.

Attendance Tracking

 

Instructors can take attendance online for a learning experience with a single meeting date or multiple dates to ensure accuracy. In addition, there are several other Instructor functions, including Sending Emails to participants, Viewing Team Room Participation, and Reviewing any Evaluation Data for the purposes of continuous improvement.

If required, hard copy sign-in sheets can be easily generated and printed from the MyLearningPlan Instructor tab.
