In-District Tracking
MyLearningPlan facilitates the approval of all learning opportunities that are provided through the district, including district-sponsored workshops, building level learning team meetings, curriculum projects, department meetings, or book study groups. All of the online forms may be completely customized for each district. Forms may be set up with pre-approval required in addition to final approval by specified administrators.

Out-of-District Tracking
MyLearningPlan enables districts to manage the approval process and track ALL professional learning experiences that personnel engage in, including those opportunities that are offered from outside of the district. Staff can submit requests for prior approval via district-defined forms, and then mark the activities complete and submit for final credit upon conclusion. Expense reimbursement can be managed by tracking “pre-approved,” “actual,” and “final” expenditures. Third party completion certificates and other documentation can be attached to the final request.

Approval workflow may be customized for each district. This powerful feature enables districts to go paperless and save the cost of printing forms, such as Conference Request Forms, Reimbursement Forms, Activity Proposals, etc. Each form can be modified to collect the information you need and be automatically routed online through your desired approval process.
Even complex or conditional routing can be handled with ease. For example, Conference Requests may be first approved by the user's Building Principal, then their Department Chair, then the Regional Superintendent. If the cost is greater than $200, then the form may be routed to the Business Office, and if it requires overnight travel the District Superintendent has to approve it. This process is managed quickly and seamlessly via MyLearningPlan.
