MyLearningPlan monitors all requests for substitutes and allows administrators access to up-to-the-second substitute reports before approving a request for leave. Daily email notifications can be sent to district personnel responsible for placing substitutes or to external substitute services for all approved requests that require a replacement teacher. Substitute funding can be tracked to determine substitute costs as one component of professional development expenditures.
