Users can browse the online catalog of professional learning opportunities using the search or calendar views. The extensive configuration options for each opportunity/activity allow for flexible and organized catalog management. Options include:

A calendar view of each user’s available professional learning opportunities is automatically created, and users can browse and enroll in learning experiences/activities directly from the calendar. In addition, Buildings, Departments, Grades, Groups, and Individuals have the option to add and maintain their own personal calendars.
The system provides a unique method of showing one calendar over another so a user can simultaneously view their personal calendar, the District Catalog Calendar, their building calendar, and their department calendar all at once, or in any combination. View your calendars by month, week or day. Calendars can also be shared and made public on your website.
Users can submit proposals for learning opportunities/activities that they would like to facilitate or see offered. Like all other forms in the system, the proposal form can have an approval process, and if approved, the activity is automatically added to the District Catalog. The Activity Proposal form can be customized to collect all necessary information. Users can access and archive past proposals for reference, and administrators can run reports based upon activity proposals.
