Use the Team Room to foster online team learning and collaboration. Participants can engage in threaded discussions, ask and answer questions and reflect on what they are trying out in their practice and the results in terms of student understanding. File sharing promotes collaboration through examples of lesson plans, rubrics, assessments or scanned copies of student work. The Team Room can extend and sustain collegial conversation before, during and after face-to-face professional learning experiences.
The District File Library is an online space where documents and other files can
be posted and shared with all staff for easy access. Users can maintain their own
Personal File Libraries in addition to the District File Library. The Personal File
Library enables users to attach files to Team Room discussions to support their
points or to serve as evidence of completion.
The File Library supports all of the most commonly used file formats.

Mentoring Logs and Team Learning Logs can collect information about the types of interactions that are occurring within mentoring relationships or PLC meetings, action items, and time spent on task. At the end of a specified period of time, users submit their collection of logs for review. All hours logged are included in the users’ portfolios upon approval. This kind of log can be used to track and manage any type of professional learning that is more ongoing and does not appear in the District Catalog.
